Mozambique Women Leaders Summit 2018
On the 1st and 2nd November 2017, African Influence Exchange (AIE) in partnership with Federação das Mulheres Empresárias e Empreendedoras da CPLP (FME), brought together a remarkable group of Mozambican women leaders, representing various fields and industries, who shared their perspectives on how women can practically move forward with great confidence and resolve in business.
The Summit was opened by H.E Finance Minister Adriano Maleiane, followed by H.E Dr Luisa Diogo (former Prime Minister). Delegates were also treated to a remarkable presentation by Keynote speaker Gabriel Chalita, from Brazil.
Furthermore participants explored and uncovered some of the findings on why it is essential for female leaders to ”spring forward” in the face of adversity and change, rather than simply bouncing back.
